What we collect
Your name, company, work email, phone number if you give us one, whatever you type in the notes box, and the files you send us — drawing sets, specs, addenda, zips.
Why we collect it
To produce the takeoff you asked for and to follow up with you about it. That's the whole list. We don't sell it, we don't rent it, and we don't use it to train anything we hand to anyone else.
Where it's stored
On US-hosted infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest. Your files sit behind long, random links that are never published, listed, or indexed — the only people who hold them are us.
Who sees it
The two TILD founders, and nobody else. Not other customers, not your competitors, not a contractor pool. If that ever needs to change we will ask you first.
How to get it deleted
Email contact@gettild.com and say so. We delete your files and your contact details and confirm back to you. You don't need a reason and there's no form.
