What we collect
On this website: your name, company, role, work email, country, the ERP you use, and whatever you type in the notes box. If you run a pilot or use TILD, the tender files you give it (drawings, BOQs, specs, addenda, emails) and the prices and quotes it produces.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, and to produce your quotes. That's the whole list. We don't sell it, we don't rent it, and we never use one customer's data to price for another.
Where it's stored
On US-hosted infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, siloed per customer. Your files are never published, listed, or indexed.
Who sees it
The TILD team, and nobody else. Not other customers, not your competitors, not a contractor pool. If that ever needs to change we will ask you first.
How to get it deleted
Email contact@gettild.com and say so. We delete your files and your contact details and confirm back to you. You don't need a reason and there's no form.
