Verify the takeoff
You get a list of every opening: tag, sheet, width, height, glass type, quantity. Anything TILD wasn't sure about is marked. You approve or correct each line.

Plug into your estimating tool
Export the takeoff to Excel, your quoting sheet, or your ERP and price it the way you always do. FeneVision is the first direct integration.

What TILD handles.
The glass isn't all on one sheet. It's spread across elevations, schedules, details and addenda, and they don't always agree. TILD reads all of it and works out which one governs.
Elevations and details
Every tagged opening, sized from the sheet or the schedule, whichever governs — including systems drawn across several sheets.
Specifications
Glass make-up, coatings, tempering and performance requirements, pulled from Division 08.
Whatever file you have
PDFs, CAD, Revit, spreadsheets, scans, even photos of a sheet. Real packages are messy and we take them as they come.
Manual review
When TILD isn't certain about a line, it flags it for you to check rather than quietly picking an answer.
Versions
Every version is kept. Send an addendum or a revised set and we apply the changes for you, so you can see exactly what moved.
Confidential by default
Your files are encrypted, used only to make your takeoff, never shared with anyone, and deleted whenever you ask.

Nothing. Run it on something of your own, see what comes back, tell us what you think. If it's useful we'll talk about your live packages then.
Which package should I send?
Whichever is easiest — quoted, live, or half-finished. A package you've already priced is the quickest way to judge us, because you can put the two side by side. But anything real works.
What file types do you take?
PDF drawing sets are the sweet spot, and a zip of the whole package is ideal. We also take DWG, DXF, DWF, Revit and IFC, Excel and Word schedules and specs, and scans or photos of sheets — though accuracy is higher on vector PDFs.
How long does it take?
Under 48 hours the first time, usually much sooner. Once you're running packages through us, minutes.
What kinds of projects?
Commercial storefront, curtain wall, and window packages. Mostly residential or shower doors, and we're probably not the right fit yet.
